Ted W. Dutton, President.

 

SFA President and co-founder Ted Dutton held the position of Executive Officer of the Office of Public School Construction (OPSC) and the State Allocation Board (SAB) under the administration of two Governors.  He is well versed in the regulations and implementation procedure of the School Facilities Program, as well as in all aspects of government relations.  He served more than three years as Chairman of the Employment Training Panel for the State of California and one year on the California State Fish and Game Commission.  Ted had over 40 years of experience in private sector development, construction and asset management.

Jo S. Dutton, Vice President.

 
Jo Sargent Dutton, co-founder and Vice President of SFA, has over 40 years experience in the field of education in California, both as a classroom teacher and administrator.  Dr. Dutton has a B.S. and M.S. from the University of Southern California and a Ph. D. from the University of California, Riverside.  She was the Director of Development, UCR Graduate School of Education, a Professor at the University of Southern California, and an Adjunct Professor at Chaffey Community College.  Dr. Dutton also has a California Real Estate Broker's license and is instrumental in assisting SFA clients with site acquisition and disposal.
