 |  Ted W. Dutton, President |  | Ted Dutton held the position of Executive Officer of the Office of Public School Construction (OPSC) and the State Allocation Board (SAB) for approximately 3 years. He is well versed in the regulations and implementation procedures of the School Facilities Program, as well as all aspects of government relations. He served three and a half years as Chairman of the Employment Training Panel for the State of California. Ted also has over 40 years of experience in private sector development and construction.

Vogel, Ed.D., Vice President |  | Dr. Vogel has forty-three years of experience working at all levels within the California public school system during which he acquired an understanding and expertise regarding school facilities issues. He has spent the last twenty years successfully assisting and guiding school districts through the complex processes and regulations associated with the various state agencies regarding school construction projects.

 |  Jo S. Dutton, Ph.D., Vice President |  | Dr. Dutton has 33 years of experience in education administration within the California public school system, primarily at the Community College and University level. She has specialized in "teaching teachers" in the areas of reading and English.

 |  Linda Sweaney Vice President |  | During her 17 years of service to the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools, Linda was responsible for the development and funding of the largest county office facilities program in the state. She developed proposals and acquired funding for 90 + county projects that totaled over $300M. In addition, she supervised these projects and provided construction management services that included site acquisition, construction oversight, and final State audits. On the State level, Linda served on the Coalition for Adequate School Housing (CASH) Board of Directors for eight years. In addition, Linda was instrumental in the development of legislative bills that enabled the County Superintendent of Schools to access funding for alternative education classrooms, hardship rules, and pre-qualification of bidders.

 |  Kathe Llywelyn Executive Coordinator |  | Kathe Llywelyn has spent her entire career in education and business working as a classroom specialist and in the business environment. Kathe has been with School Facilities Advisors since its inception as our Executive Coordinator. Kathe employs her understanding as a classroom specialist in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and her K-3 Public / Private experience to assist districts in the application process to acquire approvals and funding for the Charter School Facilities Program (CSFP). In addition, Kathe has administered the Labor Compliance Program (LCP) on behalf of District clients.
